MultiChoice Uganda announces step up campaign for its customers

Pay TV company, MultiChoice Uganda has announced the return of the step up campaign for all its DStv and GOtv customers.
“This exciting campaign allows customers to upgrade their current package and enjoy the next package at no additional cost, bringing unmatched value and richer content to their screens,” Multichoice said in a statement on Monday.

The company said the step-up campaign runs from today, January,13 to March,31, 2025, adding that the campaign targets January financial challenges for families across the country.
“We understand that the start of the year can be tough for many of our customers. The StepUp Tukwambuse promotion is our way of ensuring that our customers can enjoy premium content and richer entertainment at no extra cost. This is the perfect opportunity to explore new content, from blockbuster movies and local dramas to exciting sports and kids’ entertainment,” said Patricia Kiconco, the head of Customer Value Management at MultiChoice Uganda.
Officials said the upgrade can be done by customers visiting the MyDStv or MyGOtv app or the DStv or GOtv websites as well as their local contact centres for assistance.
