Police officers captured in viral video harrasing old woman arrested
Police have arrested four of their own officers captured on video harassing an old woman.
In a video making rounds on social media, two police officers in plain clothes were captured dragging Victoria Kabatoraine in mud in a land matter in which the victim was accused of trespassing on a certain piece of land.

Kabatoraine however insisted the land in Lubir-Makekenke in Mbarara City is hers.
The video has seen concerns raised by members of the public , especially on social media.
However, according to Police spokesperson, Kituuma Rusoke, four police officers including ASP Andrew Betunga who commanded the operation, Darious Aharizira, Hope Nsasirwe and Loyce Kiboneka, all constables have been arrested
"All the four have since been arrested and are currently detained in Mbarara," Rusoke said.
He said the officers were executing an arrest of the old lady, a resident of Lubiri cell in Mbarara City whom they dragged in the mud.
"The Uganda Police Force condemns the method of arrest depicted in the video as it contradicts our professional standards."
