CAF has announced a 52% increase in the prize pool this year, raising it to $2.35 million (Shs8.6 billion).
Every team participating will be awarded $150,000, while the champions will secure a grand prize of $600,000 (Shs2.2 billion). The runner-up will receive $400,000, the third-placed team will get $350,000, and the fourth-placed team will earn $300,000.

CAF highlighted that this increase in prize money demonstrates its dedication to advancing women’s football across Africa.
“CAF is devoted to the growth of women’s football in Africa. President Motsepe’s vision includes investing in youth academies for boys and girls and continuously raising prize money for all CAF competitions to enhance their global competitiveness and appeal,” the organisation stated.
